All Sales Are Final
Due to the custom nature and precise modification of our timepieces, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, offer exchanges, or issue refunds once an order has been placed and processed.
Please double-check all product specifications, sizing, and details before completing your purchase.
Defective Items & Exceptions
We inspect each timepiece to ensure strict quality control before dispatch.

Carrier Damage Notice: We are not responsible for damage or loss caused by shipping carriers during transit. Any claims for transit damage must be filed directly with the carrier.

Manufacturing Defects: If your item arrives with a genuine manufacturing defect upon delivery, please contact us within 48 hours of package delivery at thewatchlab.contact@gmail.com with your order number, description of the issue, and clear photos/videos.
Refund & Replacement Requirements: If an exception or repair/replacement is approved, the item must be returned to us in its original condition and original packaging (including all boxes, tags, tools, and accessories). Refunds or replacements will only be issued once the item has been returned, inspected, and verified to be in its original, unworn condition.
Cancellations
Orders can be canceled for a full refund as long as the order has not shipped yet. Once a tracking number has been generated or the package has been dispatched, the order cannot be canceled.
